We operate a computerised service management system that ensures all service calls placed are responded to promptly within our targeted four working hour response time. It also enables us to monitor the performance of the equipment we supply to ensure it meets both your and Copyform’s expectations for reliability and quality, assisting in a pro-active approach to maintaining high standards.
For your convenience you will have a dedicated technician who works within your area. This improves service response by reduced travelling time and promotes consistency, as they will grow to understand your needs and the service history of the equipment we have provided.
Our service help desk is the first point of call for breakdowns / service issues, we will ensure your call is always answered by a human operator, if the issue cannot be rectified remotely an engineer will be dispatched within your agreed response time.
We are able to remotely monitor all machines supplied, with your approval, to enable us to offer a pro active service in rectifying issues remotely or dispatching an engineer even before your users need to request a service call.
Installation / Training
Training is provided on all Konica Minolta and Ricoh products on installation, additional training sessions can also be provided as and when required.
